Sent One’s International Ministries Embarks on Groundbreaking Initiative in Bugesera, Rwanda

Bugesera, Rwanda – March 2, 2022 – Sent One’s International Ministries is proud to announce the groundbreaking of the Bugesera Project, marking a significant step towards transformative community development in Bugesera, Rwanda. Located in the Eastern Province of Rwanda, just south of Kigali, Bugesera is poised for remarkable growth and progress. In 2018, Sent One’s International Ministries secured approximately three acres of land near the new Bugesera International Airport, currently under construction. Now, with the groundbreaking ceremony held on March 2, 2022, the vision for this land is becoming a reality. The Bugesera Project is an ambitious initiative aimed at uplifting and empowering the local community. At its core is the establishment of a Community Resource Center, comprising a Vocational Trade School, Event Hall, Boutique Hotel, and Community Gardens. This holistic approach to community development aims to equip, train, and invest in the lives of Bugesera residents, fostering sustainable growth and prosperity. The first phase of the project focuses on the establishment of a Vocational School, with initial programs in welding and tailoring. These skills are essential for economic empowerment, providing individuals with the means to pursue meaningful employment or entrepreneurship opportunities.
